We are currently accepting applications for the following roles:

• Senior Staff Roles:
  – Assistant Camp Director
  – Program Director
  – Admin Manager
  – Head Cook
  – Assistant Property Manager
  
• Middle Manager Roles:
  – Counsellor-in-Training & Leader-in-Training Facilitators
  – Head Counsellor
  – Head of Operations Crew (“Head of Ops”)
  – Assistant Cook
  – Jouth Counsellors
  
• Junior Staff Roles:
  – Kids Camp Counsellors
  – Prep Cooks
  – Operations Crew Members (dishwasher, hospitality, groundskeeper)
  – Lifeguards (this role is combined with another role to create a full-time role)

Note that the staff roles mentioned above are for a variety of weeks during the summer season: June 28 – September 6, 2026 (dependent on applicant availability and Unicamp’s needs).

Staff training week is mandatory for all staff: June 28 – July 4.

Interviews will be held in late February/early March. You will receive a response from our team about interviews in February.
