Refund Policies
Children’s Camps and Youth Program Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in full by June 30th. Any refunds before June 30th are less $50.00 per camp/program cancelled. No refunds after June 30th, unless the space can be filled. Transferring camps is available provided we have a space.
Refund policy for accommodations, campsites, and all other programs
A deposit of 50% of the total balance is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less then 7 days before your planned date of arrival.
Online-Payment Options
Our preferred payment method is e-transfer to admin(at)unicampofontario.ca (please include your 6-digit booking number from your invoice in the message)
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards for online payment. Please contact us to request an online invoice and payment link.
On-site Payment Options
We are unable to accept debit or credit payments on site. Cash is not encouraged, but can be accepted onsite.
