Registration for Family Camps, Adult Programming, as well as booking accommodations and meals, begins at 7:00am on February 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE, re: Accessible Cabins
From February 1 – May 1, Tom’s & Dave’s cottage reservations are blocked in our system to prioritize those who need ramp access (guests using wheelchairs, walkers etc.), and are to be booked for use by those individuals.
If stairs aren’t a challenge for you, please consider other accommodations. Last year, some people with mobility challenges were left without accessible options. We are a community, and your choice can help ensure everyone has a fair chance at staying at Unicamp.
If Tom’s & Dave’s are still available a few days before your stay, they’re likely free to book—thanks for your support in making accessibility a priority!

Refund Policies
Refund policy for accommodations, campsites, and all programs (other than Children & Youth camps)
A deposit of 50% of the total balance is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before planned date of arrival. If cancelation is made more than 7 days before arrival, a full refund can be given minus 10% of the total reservation cost.

Our preferred payment method is e-transfer to admin@unicampofontario.ca (please include your 6-digit booking number from your invoice in the message)
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards for online payment. Please contact us to request an online invoice and payment link.
On-site Payment Options
We are unable to accept debit or credit payments on site. Cash is not encouraged, but can be accepted onsite.
