Unicamp of Ontario strives to ensure the safety of its campers, visitors, staff and volunteers.

Safety Plan 2024

Ontario Regulations require: Every person who intends to commence operation of a recreational camp shall notify the Public Health Inspector of the name of the operator, the operator’s contact information and the location of the camp at least 14 days before commencing operation. We submit a Safety Plan every season and have a surprise inspection by the Public Health Inspector. The following plan is specifically for our Kid’s and Youth Programs:

Staff members review all policies, which are included in their Staff Manuals, during Staff Training week before Kid’s Camp begins.

Water Testing Results – Pond, Inflow, Outflow

Unicamp water is tested at the beginning and ending of the season for E. coli and any other substance that may be dangerous for swimmers or wildlife within the Pond. Results can be accessed below:
