Temple Weaving, August 1, 2026

We are so excited to invite you to become part of something truly magical!

On Saturday, August 1, join us for this FREE Wandering Temple Project, where our community will come together as The Temple Weavers to co-create a collection of pop-up temples, altars, and sacred spaces woven throughout Unicamp for everyone to discover, enjoy, and connect with.

Together we’ll plan, strategize, and team up to create places of beauty, reflection, devotion, play, and wonder using natural materials and meaningful objects that celebrate the spirit of our camp community.

Temple Weavers Schedule – Saturday, August 1

🌿 11:00 a.m. – Temple Weavers Plan, Strategize & Team Up Session (Grass Tent)

🌿 2:00 p.m. – Create altars and Sacred Spaces throughout camp

🌿 5:00 p.m. – Guided Wandering Temple Tour

This community program is FREE for all to enjoy together on our tour or alone on your own.

If you have any of the following that you’re willing to donate to become part of the Wandering Temple Project, we’d be so grateful:

• Circle of Friends clay candle holders (the figures holding hands in a circle)

• Vases, chalices, bowls, or other beautiful vessels for holding water

• Little Buddha, Goddess or spiritual statues

• Crystals, stones, or special rocks you’d love to gift to Unicamp

• Natural treasures or sacred objects that you’re comfortable leaving as part of the project

Natural objects will remain as part of the Wandering Temple Project. Human-made objects may be collected at the end of the project or at the end of the season, allowing us to respectfully care for contributions and the land.

Whether you join us as a Temple Weaver, donate an item, or simply visit the temples throughout the day, we’d love for you to be part of this beautiful community creation.
