The same workshop is offered each day. \nThis 2-hour per day workshop (1:30 pm to 3:30 pm) is an interactive\, experiential\, fun program to enable participants to know their true strengths.  Using art\, music\, games\, movement\, discussion/coaching\, nature awareness and mindfulness\, increase your awareness of your innate self worth in the learning style that works for you.
