Reservations and Fees
Please submit a booking request via our online form. Request your accommodations, register for programming, and order meals at least 7 days in advance. Unicamp cannot guarantee availability of accommodations if your booking is not received in advance.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is e-transfer to admin(at)unicampofontario.ca. Please include your 6-digit booking number included on your invoice.
Cheques made payable to “Unicamp of Ontario Inc.” should be sent to our bookkeeper at:

Cash is not encouraged but can be accepted onsite at the Admin building during posted office hours.

Refund Policy
Only cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded 90% (10% administration fee will apply). Rescheduling is available on a case-by-case basis as determined by the Camp Director; if you know circumstances out of your control will require you to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Programs with low enrollment a week prior to the start date may be cancelled. In the event a program gets cancelled by Unicamp, your full registration fee will be reimbursed.
Accommodations
Unicamp’s rustic setting is charming and free from the pressures of modern living. Choose from numerous campsites, or bunk beds. We offer quiet spots to pitch your tent and a large site for 9 tents.
Accommodations include dorm rooms, and cottages. For visitors with mobility challenges, one cabin is barrier-free with an indoor shower. Please bring your own bedding, pillows, and towels. Each cottage and dorm has a washroom with hot water; there is an additional gender-neutral washroom at the Program Centre (accessible bathroom).
We have outdoor private showers, with the fantastic experience of showering under the warmth of the sun or the glow of the stars! Drinking water is available in all buildings and several outdoor faucets.
Kettles, hot plates, and microwaves are available for the cottages.
